About the Turntable
Grandmaster Flash invented turntablism as a musical art form. The Technics SL-1200 is the standard DJ turntable. Scratching, beat juggling, and mixing transformed music. Over 3 million Technics 1200s sold. Hip-hop was born on the turntable. Qbert and Mix Master Mike elevated it to virtuosity.
