About the ARP 2600
A semi-modular synthesizer used on the original Star Wars soundtrack. Over 3,000 units built. The sound is aggressive and distinctive. Edgar Winter used it on Frankenstein. The built-in speakers and spring reverb are unique. The ARP Odyssey was its portable successor.
